미국보건복지부(Department of Health and Human Services, HHS)는 2015년 2월 27일, 미국과학기술정책국(Office of Science and Technology Policy, OSTP) OA 규제에 대한 대응으로 오픈액세스 강화를 위한 포괄적인 지침을 공표했다. 2015 년 말까지 시행 할 예정이다. 이 지침은 HHS 산하기관 : 미국국립보건원(Nati onal Institutes of Health, NIH), 미국질병통제예방센터(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC), 미국식품의료국(Food and Drug Administration, FDA), 미국의료연구품질조사기구(Agen CY for Healthcare Research and Quality, AHRQ)에서 개별 오픈액세스 계획의 기본이 되는 것으로, 지속적이고 지원을 받는 연구자의 복잡한 컴플라이언스에 대한 부담을 경감하기 위해 작성되었다. |
