| 초록 | OBJECTIVE To discuss the Norwalk-like viral nosocomial infection in a hospital. METHODS The nosocomial infection in the Norwalk-like viral gastroenteritis cases were analyzed and reported by the method of field epidemiological investigation, and the Norwalk-like virus was approved in stool specimens by fluorescence PCR. RESULTS A hospital reported 18 Norwalk-like viral gastroenteritis cases from Dec 23 2006 to Jan 8 2007. A case-control study indicated age, south sector wards and cases with underlying diseases had statistic significance. CONCLUSIONS The Norwalk-like viral nosocomial infection outbreaks tend to occur in the elderly with underlying diseases. Taking control measures such as disinfection soon as possible can avoid transmission. |
