초록 nbsp; nbsp;Israeli Acute Paralysis Virus (IAPV) was reported as a causative virus of colony collapse disorder (CCD) in honeybee by Metagenomic analysis. By an identification of the complete genome sequence of IAPV and KBV, it revealed that IAPV is RNA template viruses having a high variability. One region of nonstructural polyprotein, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP) is an enzyme that catalyzes the replication of RNA from an RNA template and an essential protein encoded in the genomes of all RNA-containing viruses with no DNA stage. To investigate whether the variability in RdRP sequence appears and the possibility of its usefulness for phylogenetic classification, in this study the pDrive-IAPV_RdRP clones designed and used for sequencing analysis. The clones have a high homology of about 97% and 99% with RdRP sequence of IAPV (GenBank access. no. EU218534 and NC009025) nucleotide and protein sequence, respectively, whereas showed relatively a low homology about of 90% with another IAPV complete genome. Also the results of alignment between the nucleotide or amino acid sequences of RdRP isolated from either Japan/China or different areas (USA, Isreal, Australia) indicated that RdRP region seems to have a variability in both gene and amino acid sequences. With this in mind, it could be used for a phylogenetic classification of IAPV genotypes in general and also suggest the possibility for the classification of IAPV depends on local area.
