| 초록 | We report a case of autoimmune chronic pancreatitis presenting as obstructive jaundice. A 70-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with jaundice. The serum IgG and anti-histone antibody of the patient were elevated. Abdominal CT revealed the diffuse enlargement of the pancreas, especially more prominent in the head. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography demonstrated an irregular narrowing of the main pancreatic duct and tight stricture of the distal common bile duct. Percutaneous needle biopsy at the pancreatic head showed parenchymal fibrotic changes with infiltration of lymphocytes and plasma cells. After two months of oral steroid treatment, the abnormalities in clinical, laboratory, and radiological findings were improved markedly. |
