| 초록 | The purpose of this paper is to study disputes on plant protection standards between China and Japan. Chapter II of this paper investigates the primary causes of Chinese and Japanese disputes about plant sanitary and phytosanitary standards. Chapter III introduces Japan's major?barriers of plant and phytosanitary standards focusing on China's agricultural products and deals with the propriety of Japan's major barriers of plant and phytosanitary standards under the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), the International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) and the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS). Chapter IV of this paper views the consequences experienced by China's agricultural exporters after 2005 with Japan implementing new laws for plant sanitary and phytosanitary standards.? |
