실리콘, Sephadex LH-20과 고성능 HPLC를 서로 결합하여 Eucommia ulmoides Leaves의 잎사귀에서 14개 화합물을 분리하였다. 그리고 물리화학적 성질과 분광분석법을 이용하여 감정한 결과, 캠퍼롤 (1), 퀘세틴 (2), hirsutin (3), 아스트라갈린 (4), (+)-1-hydroxylpinoresinol(5)?(+)-1-hydroxy-6-epipinoresinol (6), pinoresinol-4-O-glucoside (7), thunberginol C (8), (+)-medioresinol 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), 7-hydroxycoumarin(10), methylchlorogenate (11), 리놀레산 (12), butanedloie acid (13), β-시토스테롤 (14)이었다. 화합물 6, 8, 10, 12 및 13은 해당 식물에서 최초로 분리하였다. |
