| 시설장비 설명 | 이 시스템은 시멘트소성로 소각로 등 대기배출사업장의 배출특성을 파악하기 위한 대기오염물질의 측정분석 시스템으로 대기오염물질의 종류에 따라 먼지 중금속 등 입자상 오염물질과 CO NOx SOx 등 가스상오염물질로 분류하여 각각의 물질특성 및 배출사업장의 배출특성에 맞추어 시료를 측정 분석하여야 하며 특히 사업장 유해대기오염물질 관리를 위하여 굴뚝 배출가스 중의 VOCs 등 미규제오염물질에 대하여도 시료채취가 가능한 측정장비로 구성되어 있어 배출사업에서 발생되는 다양한 대기오염물질 측정에 이용할 수 있음1. The Stack Sampling System must be sampled isokinetically in accordance with US EPA Methods 5/17/23 and Korea Air Pollution Standard Testing Method. 2. Particulars in stack should be extracted through nozzle probe and condensation impinger set and umbilical cable etc. 3. Pressure differential across the orifice should be measured by the system. 4. Leak check system of Main Control Console should be made through a solenoid valve. 5. M-6 Vost Meter should be digital flow sampling with MFC Control. 6. Instrument should be Stainless Steel Quick Connect type. 7. The Stack Sampling system must be Memorization of more than 60 Sampling reports. 8. Sampling flow rate value logging in every 5 minutes 9. Power supply battery and 220V( AC/DC) for Vost Sampling & Dust flow 10. Electronically Controlled flow rate sampling at standard and actual conditions. 11. The RS-232 interface can download all the contents of the memory(more than 60 samplings ) on a PC. 활용분야 |
