| 시설장비 설명 | 실험실용 연소로 장치를 사용하여 기체 연료(LPG gas) 및 액체 연료(Kerosene-등유)를 주 연료로 사용하여 air/fuel ratio (공연비)를 조절함으로써 화염이 형성되고 배출되는 가스 성분들을 분석1. Floor standing combustion unit to mount burners capable of burning light boiler fuel oils, LPG or mains gas over a wide range of fuel flow rates and air/fuel ratios. Oil or gas burner firing into a water cooled combustion chamber will provision for flame observation and gas sampling. 2. Combustion chamber : cylindrical stainless steel chamber approx. 450mm * 1000mm long with water cooled walls, and end plate. Fitted with four 100mm dia. observation points, one flame temperature probe, and a water cooled sampling probe gas and oil burners up to 150KW should be fitted. 3. Gas burner : two interchangeable burner heads to burn natural (methane) or LPG gases at heat rate up to approx. 117kW. 4. Oil burner (optional accessory) : pressure jet type to burn light distillate oils (gas oil or kerosene, 0.011-0.055 cm2/s) at heat rate up to approx. 110kW two interchangeable nozzles of 1.35 and 2.0 US gall/hour (5.10 and 7.57 L/hr) working at 100 to psi (7 to 12.5 bar), with 60o spray angle.실험실용 연소로 장치를 사용하여 기체 연료(LPG gas) 및 액체 연료(Kerosene-등유)를 주 연료로 사용하여 air/fuel ratio (공연비)를 조절함으로써 화염이 형성되고 배출되는 가스 성분들을 분석하여 지구 환경에 유해한 물질들을 줄이기 위한 실험을 직접 체험하고 가시적으로 봄으로써 장차 사회에 나가 이 분야에 일하게 될 경우 좀 더 친근하게 하여 주기 위하여 이 실험을 하는 것을 목적으로 하기 위하여 이 실험을 수행함 |
