| 시설장비 설명 | 반응 이온 식각기는 챔버 내부에 진공의 상태 하에서 외부에서 RF power를 공급함으로서 챔버 내부에서 Plasma를 형성하고 상황에 맞는 Gas를 주입하여 Gas를 ionization함으로서 반도체 공정에서의 Etching 여러 Reaction 등을 진행할 수 있는 장비이다.
