시설장비 설명 | Raman spectroscopy is a spectroscopic technique based on inelastic scattering of monochromatic light usually from a laser source. Inelastic scattering means that the frequency of photons in monochromatic light changes upon interaction with a sample. Photons of the laser light are absorbed by the sample and then reemitted.System Performance ▶ Dual lasers : 532nm 780nm ▶ Spectral Range : For 780nm excitation : 100 ~ 3100cm-1 Raman shift For other lasers : 100 ~ 4000cm-1 Raman shift ▶ Spectral resolution : 2cm-1 FWHM(1cm-1 per CCD pixel element) ▶ Spatial resolution : Diffraction limited(1micron) ▶ Confocal resolution : 2micron System Configuration 1) Almega XR Mainframe 2) Confocal Raman Microscope with size selectable aperture 3) Darkfield Brightfield reflective light illumination 4) Automated aperture and alignment optics (Semi Auto or better) 5) Integrated Calibration Source (Neon Bulb or Silicon) 6) High-sensitivity extended range CCD Detector 7) Optical/Raman Microscope (Olympus BX 41 or better) 8) 10x objective 9) OMNIC 8.x SoftwareFrequency of the reemitted photons is shifted up or down in comparison with original monochromatic frequency which is called the Raman effect. This shift provides information about vibrational rotational and other low frequency transitions in molecules. Raman spectroscopy can be used to study solid liquid and gaseous samples. |
