| 시설장비 설명 | 본 장비는 광원이나 모니터 물체 표면의 반사 스펙트럼을 비접촉식으로 측정하여 스펙스럼 분포 휘도 및 삼자극치 값을 출력하는 고사양 분광식 color 측정 장비 이다. 특히 본 장비는 1nm의 정밀도로 spectrum을 측정할 수 있어 LED OLED를 이용한 광원이나 모니터의 정밀한 측정이 가능하다.
