| 시설장비 설명 | 이온의 물리적 성질에 따라 이온교환수지내에서 용액내의 음이온 또는 양이온을 분리하는 장치. 컬럼을 통과한 시요는 전도도 측정기 또는 가시광선/자외성 측정기로 정량. 용리액은 펌프에 의해서 이온크로마토그래피 안으로 흐르게되고 시료 주입부로 들어온 시료는 용리액에 밀려서 이온컬럼으로 이동되어 진다. 이온컬럼내에서 이온의 친화도에 따라 이온의 이동속도에 분리가 일어난 후 시료와 용리액은 서프레서를 통과하게 된다. 서프레서를 통과한 시료는 전도도 검출디로 이동해 전도도가 검출된다. 분석성분 음이온 : F- Cl- NO3- HPO4- SO4- 양이온 : Li+ Na+ K+ NH4+ Mg2+ Ca2+ 이온크로마토그래피는 고정상에 대한 이온의 친화도가 다른것에 기인한다.Configuration 1.
