Stanford 대학교와의 연구를 위하여 분자 영상장비를 마련함. 이 시스템은 종양 성장의 정확한 Stage 분석과 반응 분자레벨 영상의 분할을 수행하게 함으로써 방사선 치료 시 정확한 처방을 제공하는데 활용됨. 본 장비는 electron multiplying CCD 카메라 부와 카메라 칩을 특정 안정 온도(170K)이하 온도로 유지시켜주기 위한 독립적인 냉각 장치로 이루어져 있음.
To analyze the biological properties of the cancer and therapeutic response this high performance CCD camera with cooling system is needed to obtain the moleculr-level images of cancer cells or specific functional imaging with physiological properties. This system will provide the accurate prescription of the radiation therapy by extracting the exact stage of the cancer cell growth and response and segmenting the molecualr-leveled regions for biologically conformal radiation therapy. |
