| 시설장비 설명 | Due to the high voltage of the short pulse generator the decoupling requires capacitors and inductances of large dimensions. In addition the rather high value of the decoupling components will exhibit a low pass filter behaviour not compatible with most of the ordinary signals. Therefore the isolating device cannot be used in some cases. Other coupling / isolating methods must be used in these cases. The proposed isolating device includes the capacitive coupling in one cabinet.
