| 시설장비 설명 | 천연물 식품 토양 및 환경 중의 잔류 미량유기물질의 분석시료를 증발 농축하여 Gas Chromatography나 Liquid Chromatography로 분석하는 전처리 시스템이다. 시료의 추출이나 기타 과정에서 사용한 유기용매를 매우 빠르고 자동으로 증발시키는 장비로서 Water bath (상온 - 99℃)을 이용한 온화한 가열조건과 Nitrogen gas Vortex Shearing 기술을 사용한다. 그 결과 기존의 K.D. (Kuderna-Danish) Rotary Evaporator 등의 방법보다 10배 이상 빠르게 용매를 자동으로 증발 농축시켜준다. Gas Vortex Shearing 기술은 시료와 일정한 각도를 유지한 채 가스를 불어 줌으로써 가스가 시료에 닿는 면적은 최대화하고 용기벽면에 붙는 시료의 양은 최소화하는 기술이다. 또한 감압으로 인한 종래의 반 휘발성 물질의 손실이 전혀 없다. 한번에 6개(TurboVap II)혹은 50개(TurboVap LV)의 시료를 동시에 처리할 수 있어 시료 농축에 필요한 전처리 시간을 최소화 할 수 있다.1. Automated Sample Concentration Workstation type II 1) Number of samples : 6 2) Maximum Sample volume : 50mL or 200mL 3) Water Bath Temperature : Adjustable from ambient to 99℃ 4) Optical Sensor Endpoint : No Monitoring Required 5) Unattended High Throughput with 6 Positions. 6) Automatic sample ending volume : 0.5mL or 1.0mL (Stem) 7) Evaporation Stops at Fixed Endpoint Endpoints and Signals when sample is ready. 8) Timer range : 1 to 99 minutes. 9) Gas Requirements : Minimum 35psi gas source regulator with gauge is built in. Gas inlet is 1/4" i.d. tubing. Working gas pressure is typically 10-15psi. 10) Porting vent : 12ft. of duct hose provided 2" i.d. 11) Increase throughput by processing more samples in less time. 12) Eliminate interruptions required to monitor the evaporation or adjust needles 13) Eliminate vacuum pump and cold Trap maintenance. 2. Automated Sample Concentration Workstation type LV 1) Number of samples : 50 2) 15 Racks available to accommodate a variety of tube sizes from 1.5ml to 30ml 3) Maximum Sample volume : 30mL with 20 x 150mm tubes. 4) Water Bath Temperature : Adjustable from ambient to 90℃ 5) Timer range : 1 to 99 minutes. 6) Gas Requirements : Minimum 35psi gas source regulator with gauge is built in. Gas inlet is 1/4" i.d. tubing.
