| 시설장비 설명 | 1. Fully automatic Nitrogen/Protein determination by Dumas method. 2. With rapid N means correct and quick analyses of food feed soil fertilizer solid paste like and liquid samples without costly pretreatment. 3. The rapid N allows fully automatic direct analysis of the original substance according to Dumas without time-comsuming acid digestion. No toxic catalysts are required. 4. No handling of concentrated hot acid and base no breakable glassware and corrosive fume. 5. The clean combustion replaces boiling acid digestion. Consequently no chemical and toxic waste occurs. 6. The complete time per analysis is a few minutes only compared to hours in case of wet chemical analysis. 7. Savings in labor time chemicals laboratory installations and waste disposal culminate in high cost advantage. 8. The Dumas method with rapid N serves for 100% recovery regardless of the chemical binding. 9. 1m lab table 1 plug and 2 gases (CO2 O2) are sufficient for operation. No fume hood no additional compressed air for operation no cooling water or special disposal and safety equipments are required. 10. Long time operation with low maintenance : No frequent change or cleaning of filters sealings or absorber chemicals. Daily factor and blank value are measured once a day and are stable for a very long time. Therefore unattended overnight operation is routine. 11. Low consumption cost : Sensor control reduces the O2 low consumption. Most of the water are removed physically.
