| 시설장비 설명 | EddyCus TF lab Non-Contact Sheet Resistance Gauge(비접촉식 면저항 측정기) The EddyCus TF lab 은 비접촉식 면저항 측정기이다. The EddyCus TF lab 비접촉식 면저항 측정기는 나노미터 두께의 막의 면저항을 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 장비이다. 따라서 로이유리의 성능을 발현시키는 실버막의 성막상태를 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 로이유리의 열적인 성능을 확인할 수 있는 장비이다. A non-contact testing is especially required when characterizing high sensitive thin-film when testing concealed conductive layers or when testing encapsulated layers.Contactless Real time Sheet resistance range: 0.01 - 1 Ohm/sq; 1 - 100 Ohm/sq; Substrate supporting surface of 100 x 100 mm ² 200 x 200 mm ² and 300 x 300 mm ² available Measurement of gap 1/5/15/25/40 and 60 mm available (special sizes on request) Interfaces Software and Handling The system is connected to a measurment PC via Ethernet The measurement software EddyCus Control provides a convenient measurement Customized sulutions for various tasks available (measuring ranges substrate types layer systems)Sheet resistance measurement of conductive layers on non-conducting substrates Sheet resistance measurement of multilayer systems on request (feasibility study) Layer thickness measurement of conductive layers with nanometer resolution (sigma = constant) Substrate thickness measurement of low-and high conductive foils Characterization of other conductivity related parameter |
