시설장비 설명 | 1 SAMA Design ; The SAMA graphic drawing is based on SAMA standard ? SAMA PMC 22.1 and providing specification by this document. 2. Drawing Layout ; A. User could select predefined drawing sizes (based on ISO paper size) on FBD B. Supporting frames for drawing information like AutoCAD (drawing title number company name bitmaps project name approve etc) C. User shall assign common information for all drawings once then all drawings are updated by this information and user shall assign specific data for each drawings. D. Rulers for X/Y axes are needed. Each X and Y axis has 8 grids. X(horizontal) uses digits for label(1~8) Y(vertical) uses alphabet(A~H). C3 indicates an object's location is 3x3." E. The frame and rulers must not be touched during editing drawings but frame shall be edited by user for changing contents. F. Enhanced printing based on vector graphic for high resolution on various paper sizes. G. The printed FB sizes on A3 paper should be similar 75% zoom printed size on v8.0. (Text size for FB type should be 7 point and pin names should be 6 point. Text size is based on MS Word Arial Font on A3 paper.) H. User could select drawings to be printed like "Print All" or Print ?DRW1 DRW2 and FBD 3. Basic drawing rules ; A. Boolean data type - digital data use dotted line while other data types - analog data are solid lines B. Basically digital lines flow left to right while analog lines flow top to bottom on drawings. C. User could change the thickness of lines and change of it will be applied to all drawings immediately. D. User could draw lines by selecting start point and end point. Each line is combined by these straight lines. E. When user connects between wrong data types the line color should be change to indicate this error case. F. User can convert drawings between SAMA based drawings and IEC 61131 FBD (Function Block Diagram) drawings by providing automatic conversion function of engineering tool. |
