시설장비 설명 | 분석하고자 하는 시료 내 target 유전자 발현을 정량적으로 분석한다. 유전자에 특이적으로 결합 할 수 있는 형광물질을 이용 온도에 따라 증폭되는 유전자에 정량적으로 결합된 형광물질을 측정하여 각각의 시료내의 target 유전자 발현을 정량적으로 분석한다. 세포내 각각의 유전자의 발현정도가 다름으로 각 세포의 기능 연구 시 유전자 발현정도에 따라 세포 고유한 기능을 연구 할 수 있다. 이용 범위는 특화된 각각의 세포내 유전자 발현 정도를 측정하여 세포기능연구에 이용될 수 있고 또한 의학이나 식품에서 특정병원균의 유전자를 검출에 이용된다. achieved within +/-5℃ seconds Optics ① Detecting device : Cooled CCD ② The detector can be reduce heat noise that give excellent sensitivity comparing with non-cooled CCD. ③ Filter set : Fluorescence detection via a five-position filter wheel ④ That filters alone as a mode of dye discrimination are only effective if you choose dyes with no spectral overlap.
