| 시설장비 설명 | 시료를 태워서 원자를 흡수하여 그 광을 전기적으로 분리하여 시료 중에 존재하는 (중)금속을 측정한다. - 시료를 강한 불꽃에 태워 시료중 존재하는 원소에 에너지를 가해 높은 에너지 준위(여기상태)로 만들어 기체 상태의 원자가 증기층을 투과하는 특유파장의 빛을 흡수하는 현상을 이용한다. - 각 금속원소들은 고유의 흡수파장을 갖고 있어 시료에 여러 가지 금속원소가 존재해도 어느 특정한 파장에 대해서는 하나의 금속만이 가장 잘 흡 수한다. 즉 파장에 대한 금속원소의 흡수는 선택적이다. 이런 현상을 이용 해 금속의 정성분석이 가능하다. - 또한 파장광의 흡수정도는 시료 속에 존재하는 원소의 농도에 비례하는 데 이것을 이용해 금속의 정량분석이 가능하다.
