| 시설장비 설명 | A. Features ; 1. Suitable for grinding soft to medium-hard dry materials. 2. The grinding chamber of the cutting mill houses a rotor fitted with blades which combine three fixed blades in the chamber wall to effect size reduction through a cutting action. 3. The advanced technology of this cutting mill is based on an ideal alignment of the blades with a cutting geometry which adapts as the material is cut and ground. 4. Three fixed blades are each set at a different cutting angle to grind and crush the material as the rotor at high speed. 5. The mill can be used for example to crush the following materials: rubber leather paper cardboard tissues plastics wood non-metallic waste coal animal feeds maize grain confectionery malt farinaceous products spices dried meat bones horn dragees tablets leaves fibres peat roots tobacco cork straw or film. 6. Can be also used in the pharmaceutical or animal feed industries in dental medicinal and metallurgical technology as well as in veterinary institutes.B. Specification ; 1. Funnel opening : 70 x 105 mm 2. Max. feed size : 70 x 80 mm 3. Max. throughput : up to 60 1/h 4. Final fineness : 0.25 ~ 6.00 mm 5. Rotor speed : 2800 rpm 6. Collecting vessel : pull/push type (drawer type) 7. All housing components inter lock when the housing is closed 8. Double hinge between the upper and lower housing ensures stability 9. Automatic recognition of rotational direction for protection of the rotor 10. Grinding chamber : externally anodised 11. Cutting rotor and sieve cassette can be easily removed without tools 12. Sound proofed motor cover 13. Brake motor; safety switch with inter lock of cover and housing 14. Design of cutting tool : straight V-shaped disk or more 15. Material of cutting tool: high grade tooled steel tool steel chromium-free tungsten carbide tool steel 16. Sample exhauster with cyclone separator (option) : the strong air current cools and transports the ground material so that even samples which would normally be difficult to grind can be processed 17.
