| 시설장비 설명 | Combined with a stopped flow mixer which we already have, it enables one to measure ultra-fast kinetics of realtime fluorescence change in sub-ms timescale with 10 micro seconds resolution. We will use the time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy to understand a variety of kinetics of chemical (CB[n] host-guest interactions) and biological systems (conformational changes of proteins, RNAs, and DNAs) in non-equilibrium course. |
