Circular dichroism spectrometer는 시간 파장 온도와 농도의 기능으로써 CD값을 분석 기록이 가능한 장비이다. Dispersing element로써 two UVgrade prism을 내장한 double monochromator는 monochromatic light를 제공한다. Right and left circularly polarized light는 50 KHz photoelastic modulator에 의해 생산된다. Focusing optics 는 추가적인 lense 나 aperature 가 필요 없는 microcell을 사용한다. 장비는 고유의 software를 사용하여 control data acquisition processing 등을 수행한다. 광범위한 experiment mode를 사용하며 새로운 experiment mode는 Wavelength 와 Temperature schedule을 조정할 수 있으며 이러한 mode로 유저는 분석을 위한 wavelength 또는 temperature의 arbitrary list를 만들 수 있다. 이러한 mode는 분석하는데 전체를 살피는 시간이 필요 없어 효율적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 중요한 요소이며 보다 폭 넓은 분석 및 연구를 가능하게 한다. |
