ㅇ 원리 및 특징 HP-368 Prepreg machine is used to dip the fiber into resin. This pre-dipped resin material prepreg is used for laying-up composite products in the backend stage. The process is: first guide the fiber to pass through the Tension Control System and Dipping Roller respectively which completely immerses the fiber into the resin. Second the fiber passes through several Drain Rollers to control the resin content (RC). Third the fiber is wound onto the release paper covered drum. Finally the wound sheet is cut through the Angle Groove and pulled out for drying as a propreg sheet. |
