시설장비 설명 | *Nano-BioImaging and Hyperspectral Analysis System - 세포내 나노입자의 이미징을 위해 분광이미지기법을 이용한 고분해능 형광 및 산란 이미징 측정 및 분석장치 - 나노 물질 안전성 평가를 위한 세포내 나노입자 추적에 활용 - It could be adapted to the standard optical Microscopic system - Customized hyperspectral image analysis software specifically designed to support microscopy application. - Operating in the visible near infrared spectral range(VNIR) CytoViva HSI supports research in areas such as nano-drug delivery ans nano-toxicology. - It could be inspected and detected less than 90 nano meter scale even less 10~20 nano meter using optical microscope. - The specimen is applied for various states such as bio material dry powders granules and suspensions emulsion. - The same image can be exposure to optical Imager and Hyperspectral imager simultaneously. - Real time inspection and capturing images and dynamic movement recording is enabled without sample preparation. - Hyperspectral imaging system can get the spectrum per pixel data from the specimen and distinguish specific material in the image. - In case of fluorescence specimen could be inspected in fluorescence and non fluorescence image at the same time in real time without any software image merging. - After inspection particle image could be analyzed by using image processing software. - These all system is operated automatically with motorized stage and ENVI software. |
