시설장비 설명	Ettan MDLC generates flow rates and gradients with excellent accuracy and reproducibility over a flowrate range from 200 nl/min to 2 ml/min. Pump P-905 overcomes pressure pulsation problems associated with traditional HPLC pumps at low flow rates.With its high-pressure mixing and low pulsation the pump allows for binary gradients with efficient gradient mixing and incorporates a pressure sensor and over-pressure alarm function which is controlled from UNICORN operating software. Mixing of gradients is accomplished in a 90 μl chamber allowing the highest possible gradient reproducibility and accuracy. The two-way switching valve incorporated in Pump P-905 ensures a smooth transition from saline buffers used in the IEX separation to the organic solvents used in the RPC step.
