The operating software use the Mie calculation of scattering plus absorption, and generates a predicted curve of "net attenuation" versus diameter; this curve is used to convert the attenuation signal collected during the analysis into a weight distribution 8. Using a centrifuge, a sample can be sorted by weight or size and then sequential detected in a machine. 9. All samples can be detected regardless of density 10. It can use Speed Ramp. Speed ramping reduce sample analyse time. 11. Auto Sampler: Carousel holds up to 20 samples. And makes automatic injections under control of the Operating Software. |
