| 시설장비 설명 | 본장비는 공기 중에서 반응성이 강한 시약에 대한 안전한 보관 및 실험을 진행 할 수 있음. 또한 Ar이나 N2 같은 불활성 기체 속에서 산소와의 불필요한 반응을 일으키는 물질드레 대한 정확한 특성을 파악하여 보다 정확한 실험을 진행할 수 있음. 1) Glove Box - Single sided and Single(2 port) length: 1140(L) X 890(H) X 760mm(D). - Modular structure with elastomer gasket front panel - Material : 304 Stainless Steel Main body : 4mm thick. - Side end panel : 4mm thick 3 micron filter : 2 ea. - Fluorescent Skylight - 9" Glove Port (M/C) : 2 ea. - Butyl Rubber Glove (8" dia.) : 1 pair. - Window : Scratch & High impact resistant optically .Clear Polycarbonate. - Electrical Outlet : Two duplex (110V 220V) - Glove Port cover : Protect atmosphere during glove replacement. - Service port feedthru (on request) - Leakage Certification : No detectable leak at ±8" W.C with helium spectrometer calibrated. 2) Antechamber - This antechamber will be installed right side of glove box. - Size : 380 dia. x 500mm length High vacuum design O-ring sealed. - Vacuum capacity : 1 x 10 ³torr Doors vertical action. - Vacuum gauge : Bourdon tube dial type. - Connection : 3/8" backfill ball valve. - Leakage Certification : No detectable leaks at full vacuum with helium mass spectrometer calibrated 3 x 10 ³std.cc/sec. 3) Mini Antechamber - 150mm (dia.) x 290mm (Length) Doors : Single center clamped O-ring - Gauge : Broudon tube dial type Vacuum capacity : 1 x 10 ³torr 4) Automatic Pressure Controller - -5" to 5" W.C. Limits easily adjustable. - Read pressure and set limits. Manual foot switch operate whether automatic control is on or off. - Five solenoid valves are operated. Gas pressure : 10 psi to 30 psi approximately 25 psi suggested. - 1 set of Vacuum Pump : 200L/min..Intake Type : NW25.
