| 시설장비 설명 | 구성/특징 -Scan head: Compact scan head features fiber optic connections for laser input and both spectral and standard detector units user interchangeable scan head dichroic mirrors and 4 PC controlled confocal pinholes in a rotating drum. Acquisition -Parameters: Simultaneous spectral acquisition of up to 32 channels in a single scan within a 350nm spectral bandwidth from 400-750nm. The 32 channel spectrum can be acquired anywhere within the bandwidth at user selected channel widths of 2.5nm 5nm and 10nm. Binning and masking of channels is provided. Maximum frame size in spectral mode is 1024 x 1024 pixels acquired in 2 sec. Faster acquisition is possible at reduced image size in band scan. Spectral acquisition of 2D X/Y 3D X/Y/Z 3D X/Y/T 4D X/Y/Z/T images and data is supported. Continuous scan zoom and full navigation functions available in spectral mode. -Spectral Detector Unit: The fiber coupled spectral detector unit contains three diffraction gratings supporting 2.5nm 5nm and 10nm channel widths mounted on a rotating drum. Polarization rotating optics are included that rotate all emission photons to the highest efficiency s-plane polarization. The detector itself is a 32 element multi-anode PMT with a movable laser blocking plate. -Standard Detector Units: The fiber coupled 3 channel standard detector unit contains 3 extended red sensitivity side window PMT's. Emission filters and dichroic mirrors are mounted in standard Nikon EF-4 filter blocks and are easily user interchangeable. A motorized fiber coupled scanned transmitted light detector with a dedicated mini-PMT is also available. -Laser Unit: -Software: EZ-C1 acquisition and analysis software supporting standard and spectral confocal acquisition spectral unmixing spectral graphing and presentation 3D rendering visualization and time series in both spectral and standard modes and Visual basic Applications. -Optical system: Recommended objective lenses include Nikon CFI60 VC Plan Apo Plan Apo Plan Apo TIRF Plan Fluor S Fluor and W Fluor series lenses. 세포 검경 컴퓨터 연동을 통한 세포 등 검체 검경 가능 Microscope compatibility: Nikon Eclipse Series 80i and 90i E-600 and E-800 upright microscopes FN1 and E600FN fixed stage physiology microscopes and Nikon Eclipse Series TE-2000E TE2000U and TE-300 inverted microscopes. |
