Calcium ion imaging system is a facility that is useful for measuring calcium signals in cultured cells. Calcium ion imaging experiments can be performed under a variety of physiological conditions including cell culture media using by this system. Also this system can be used for measuring intracellular ion concentration at tissue slice as well as in acutely isolated or cultured cell preparations. Imaging software including the system offers a complete list of 3-D and 2-D image processing operations packaged in a user friendly interface. An additional equipment PatchClamp amplifier set specifically designed for microinjection transfer of cellular material micro-positioning and electro physiology have become indispensable laboratory tools. |
