| 시설장비 설명 | Green bars are put into a plastic bag which is vacuum-sealed one P20 sealing equpment. The bags with the green bars are placed into a rack in the pressure vessel. When activating the machine the pressure vessel will close and the prssure and temperature program will automatically run. After this the machine opens and the pressurized bars can be removed for futher processing.- Up to 40 stacks/substrates can be laminated simultaneously - Wide selection range from 4x4 up to 12x12 inch bar size - Easy to operate quick product turn-around time - Low maintenance - Rigid compact design takes little floor space - stores up to 99 pressure programs - Maximum temperature 85C - Pressure up to 70 MPa or 10000 PSIIso-static laminator for the densification of green ceramics: consists of pressure generator pressure vessel to be filled with water in a fully enclosed cabinet fully PLC controlled. |
