LaserDopplerAnemometry In Laser Doppler anemometry (LDA) and Phase Doppler Anemometry (PDA), the optical system must be adapted to the flow conditions and dimensions of the flow rig. With four probe sizes and a range of front optics available, the FiberFlow system offers a high degree of flexibility in the configuration of your transmitting optics. Stable FiberFlow design and the easy alignment procedure allow you to focus on measurements rather than optical adjustments. Combined with high power lasers, FiberFlow systems are ideal solutions for measuring small particles at long distance. The FiberFlow system comprises all optical components needed for LDA or PDA measurements: benches for lasers, a transmitter prepared for 3-component optics, fibre manipulators for coupling high power laser light into optical fibres, a range of fibre-optics, back-scatter probes, associated beam expanders and front lenses, and receiving optics for LDA and PDA. For PDA, a separate PDA receiver head is required. |
