“자동연마기”는 세라믹 소재 및 응용소자 개발을 위하여, 세라믹 소재 및 소자의 단면/표면 미세조직 관찰용 샘플을 미세 연마하기 위한 기계적 정밀 가공 장비이다. 샘플 장착 후 1 um 연마제 까지의 연마 공정 까지 자동으로 이루어진다. 본 장비는 연마기 본체와 연마제 주입부, 구동 제어부로 구성되어있다.
