It can synthesize peptides of varying lengths using preset scales and chemistries. Like all of our synthesizers, the 336X can use either Fmoc or tBoc chemistries as the machine has been designed to handle 100% TFA. Selection of scale ranges from 0.05mmol to 0.50mmol and the machine can be shipped to utilize any preset chemistry that the end user requires. |
