Room Temperature에서 500℃까지 가열하면서 물질의 특성 및 stress hysteresis 분석을 합니다.활용분야 wafer stress measurement 1. Safety Feature: A. An emergency shut off (EMO) circuit is provided to totally de-energize the equipment in the event of an emergency situation - EMO circuits is supplemented by a control circuit which must be manually activated to re-energize the equipment. EMO buttons is a minimum of 1 ½ inches in diameter red in color and with a protective collar to prevent accidental activation. 2. System Specifications: A. The High temperature Film Stress system is equipped with a Heat Chuck that is computer temperature controlled from ambient to 500ºC. Ramp temperature rate shall be from 1ºC/min to 12ºC/min but recommended ramp rate should be 3ºC/min to 6ºC/min. B. Inert purge gas that can be used to purge the chamber is one of the following - Nitrogen Argon or forming gas. C. Ability to manually load and measure 100 mm 150 mm and 200 mm wafers. D. The system is capable of Stress vs. Temperature and Stress vs. Time profiles. Temperature range is from ambient to 500ºC. E. The system is capable of determining thermal stability of thin films through single or multiple thermal cycles. F. The system is capable of exporting data to offline spreadsheet programs (for example: Microsoft Excel). G. The system includes a control module of greater than or equal to 80.0 GB of data storage capacity 256 MB of RAM CD ROM and 1.44" floppy disk drive and a 17" Flat Screen Color Monitor.. H. All system software Windows XP based operating system will be the most current version offered by supplier. |
