Features - Adiabatic demagnetization refrigerator (ADR) with pulse-tube based operation without cryogenic liquids( i.e. liquid helium or liquid nitrogen) providing a minimum temperature of 30 mK and a minimum operation time at 50 mK longer than 20 hours. - The system must include a vacuum dewar, radiation shieldings at different temperature stages, and a magnet with power supply, thermometers with reading electronics, and other necessary items. - The cryogen-free adiabatic demagnetization refrigerator system shall meet or exceed the following specifications: B. Specification Performance Base temperature1) 30 mK Continuous operation time2) at 50 mK > 24 hours Continuous operation time2) at 100 mK > 150 hours 1) with standard wiring and shields. 2) Long time temperature stability is necessary with an automatic feedback control of magnetic field.
