상기 기기는 식물체 농산물 토양 식품 육류 유제품 가공식품류 등에서 질소 함량 및 단백질의 함량을 분석하고자 할 때 사용되는 기기로써 분석 업무를 자동화 할 수 있는 기기입니다. 기존의 방법과 비교하여 최대 2배까지 빠른 분석이 가능하며 전세계적으로 질소 및 조단백질 분석시 사용되는 켈달법을 자동화한 장비로 증류 자동 용매 주입 적정 결과값 계산 분석 결과 컨트롤 그리고 다음 시료를 위한 샘플 자동 비움 등의 과정이 프로그램에 의해 자동으로 수행되며 좁은 공간에서 다량의 시료를 자동으로 수행 할 수 있고 기존의 고전적인 방법과 비교하여 시간 및 노동력을 절감할 수 있습니다.1. Digestion System 1) Kjeldatherm digestion block made of aluminum with holes for digestion tubes energy efficient and excellent insulation to retain heat within the block. 2) Exhaust system with heat insulated handles and integrated glass exhaust manifold and exhaust system & digestion system tubes can be easily and safely handled separately. 3) Two-tier console mounted directly on the block. (The insert rack as well as the exhaust manifold can be stored safely above the block during the cooling off periods and this has a positive impact on the safe operation of the Kjeldatherm and at the same time saves horizontal bench space.) 4) Two tier console is equipped with a lift system for moving the insert rack plus manifold in and out of the block. 5) When using the automatic digestion systems the handling of the heavy insert rack and manifold is done with the help of the lift-motor. 6) Digestion tubes depending on the system can be used 100 ml 250 ml or 400 ml for the various operation purpose.
2. Automatic rapid distillation system with titration and control. 1) The housing is made from a corrosion free plastic material and the configuration of all components relevant for running a distillation is extremely user-friendly. Thus the user finds optimal conditions for running the distillation. 2) All program procedures can be controlled and monitored on the display. Operation is very easy using the „'Easy Operation Button“" at the instrument. Data processing and compiling the methods is done in the software Manager. 3) The system has an automated steam generator with a steam output which can be set between 40-100 % which allows adoption of all current distillation procedures. 4) Energy can be saved during the stand-by mode but the system can be re-started for an analysis at any time. 5) The fully automated control as well as monitoring of coolingnull |
