| 시설장비 설명 | ■특징 옵티컬 레이져를 이용하여 광경화 수지를 경화시키는 원리로 시작품을 제작한다. 한층식 경화시켜 적층 시키는 방식으로 빠른 시간 내에 시작품을 제작하여 확인할 수 있다. 또한 레이져로 제작하기 때문에 정확한 파트 제작이 가능하다. 제작 후에는 서포터를 제거하는 등의 후처리 작업이 필요고 경화 작업이 필요하다. ■구성 및 성능 UPS Power supply 본체 컴퓨터 Vat 등으로 구성되어 있으며 CO2 레이져를 이용하여 다양한 광경화성 수지로 작업이 가능하다. 아주 정밀한 파트까지 제작이 가능하며 사전에 제작 가능성 및 조립에 대한 검증이 가능하다.■활용분야 핸드폰 케이스 제작 기구 제작 등 ■Two solid imagers in one for unprecedented versatility. 3D Systems� new Viper SLA system is our first solid imaging system to combine standard AND high-resolution part building in the same system.
