| 시설장비 설명 | 유도결합 플라즈마 질량분석법이란 플라즈마를 이용하여 시료내 존재하는 원소를 1가 양이온 상태로 형성한 후 질량필터를 통과하여 목적하는 원소의 고유 질량값(정성)을 측정(정량)하는 다원소 미량원소 분석법이다. 특히 ppt 이하의 미량 성분 분석이 가능하고 희토류 및 동위원소 비율 분석이 가능하여 원산지 검증 및 암석의 연대측정 등 활용범위가 다소 넓다. 원자의 이온화는 자유원자를 불안정한 에너지 상태로 여기 시킬 충분한 열적 에너지원인 아르곤 플라즈마가 필요하며 이렇게 여기된 1가 양이온들은 전기적 흐름 및 진공과정을 통하여 인터페이스 및 이온 필터를 거쳐 4중 극자인 질량필터를 통과하게 된다. 이 과정에서 특정 질량만을 선택적으로 통과시키므로 목적된 원소는 정성되어지고 이온 증배관을 통하여 이온의 세기가 정량되어진다.A.
