| 시설장비 설명 | 이 기기는 기존의 유전자를 증폭하는 기술인 PCR (중합효소연쇄반응)를 이용하고 있으며 증폭된 유전자를 정성 및 정량 분석하기 위해서 반응 용액에 항상 형광 분석기(Optical System)에 검출할 수 있도록 형광 염색 관련한 chemistries를 함께 사용해서 반응의 진행 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링하며 실험결과를 예측할 수 있으며 실험결과 분석을 통해서 검사하고자 하는 유전자의 유무등의 정성 분석 및 함유비율 의 정량 분석등을 수행할 수 있는 기기 입니다 1.
