시설장비 설명 1. Standard Features
1) This System is designed for easy and safe operation by a single technician (transport, dressing, testing, storage)
2) Skin temperature sensors are imbedded in the shell for protection against damage during / undressing and manipulation.
3) Cable connections will be through the eyes for minimal test garment interference. Alternate connection locations are available.
4) Windows-based interface provides an easy-to-understand display of entire test status on a single screen.
5) Rapid heat up and steady-state(typically within one hour of less) with automatic detection for test end.
6) Software integrates complete functions for non standard use(interactive modification of set-points, comfort mode heating) and yet remains very intuitive, quick to learn and easy to operate.
7) Volumetric control of delivered sweat rate, selectable by manikin region.
8) Network of pores over the surface of the manikin to deliver water to the surface.
9) Removable fabric skin layer for water distribution by wicking
10) Heating and fluid control electronics are inside the manikin: one control board is located on each zone for maximum accuracy and easy maintenance.
11) Manikin connected to ambient world by two small cables-one for heating power and one RS232 for data.
12) Power supply provided as a portable rack-style enclosure, along with all interconnect cabling to power and communicate with the manikin.
Manikin powered at 48V, adjustable down to 5V for maintaining accuracy within 1% at very low heat flux.

- Adjustable DC heater voltage bus from 5-48VDC with graduated potentiometer knob for high resolution in low-power testing.
11) Time response
- Equilibration time of ~5minutes in temperature control model for minor change in ambient condition. large ambient changes will require longer to stabilize.
- Response of 10-15 minutes for constant heat flux or comfort equation control modes.
12) Walking and Motion stand
- Stand includes motor and actuators for generating the walking motion.
- Speed variable from 0 to 55 double steps per minute
- Connect to treadmill
13) Software
Software provides a complete and intuitive environment for running the test and has real-time displays and statistical analysis.
- Test is run in temperature, heat flux, or comfort equation. controlled mode; set point can be individually adjusted for each zone before the test of even while the test in running.
