LCR 미터는 주파수에 따른 해당 소자의 주파수 반응을 가지고 측정을 합니다. 주파수에 따라서 각 수동소자는 다음과 같이 이론적인 값을 갖습니다. Capacitor의 impedance = 1/j(2πf*C) Inductor의 impedance = j*2πf*L 그러므로 주파수에 따라서 측정하면 정확한 C L을 얻을 수 있다. |
