(1) This glass reactor shall be used for the production of synthesis of dyes pigment electrical raw materials. (2) This glass reactor should be manufactured with the corrosion resistance material against acid chemicals as like Borosilicate 3.3 glass PTFE gasket Tantalium Glass-Lined. (3) Bottom reaction part should be glass-lined with glass column. The glass-lined reaction body is needed for the excellent heat exchange between inside product of the vessel and thermal oil of the jacket. Jacket should be designed with 10kg/cm2. And the glass column should have its minimum 400mm height to support a good transparent to check the product status and mixing effect. (4) Glass Reactor should be the lift type to be cleaned easily. Lift system should be the hydraulic type. |
