To measure the coercive force of the materials such as steels, carbide and powdered metals, SUKJIN has developed SJ-CM-2000 coercimeter. The Model is fully automated instrument. It is controlled by a microprocessor with personal computer. It is very easy and simple to operate and also it doesnt need any electronic calibration. Operator only needs to put the sample in the holder and just “start" . It measures the Hc value of the sample. Once system is started, it scans the sample two(2) times. The first time is very roughly and second is little finely to know more closely where the Hc will be. Then performs real measurement very accurately and quickly. Operator can select either bipolar or unipolar measurement. If bipolar measurement is selected, it measures +Hc and -Hc and takes average value as a result. System can be controlled either by mouse or by Function key to enhance the operation efficiency. |
