The use of extremely smallefficient particles with a wider range of linear velocities create results that surpass current HPLC technology. 2.The system supplies direct (non-split) capillary and nanoflow for high-resolution chromatographic separations optimized for columns ranging from 320 to 75 micron internal diameter. 3.The nano-LC system is acquired hihg quality MS data from limited sample amounts as well as ultimate in resolution sensitivity and speed or require a simple easy-to-use direct nano-flow solution with unparalleled retention time reproducibility. 4.Incorporates patented 1.7 um Hybrid particle technology(HPT) and high efficiency pressure tolerant second- generation hybrid materials. A new second generation form of HPT has been developed in a 1.7um particle size which utilizes an ethane bridged structure. This new material possesses improved attributes for efficiency ruggednesspeak shape and with the ability to run at elevated backpressures. 5.Ultra Performance LC Systems have been holistically designed to optimize ultra low system and dwell volumes and take full advantage of the low dispersion high speed detectors mecessary for successful Ultra Performance LC analysis. |
